27 August 2006 G601, Indiana University Professor Rasmusen, erasmuse@indiana.edu Http://www.rasmusen.org/g601/tasks/ps-html.txt Due: 5 p.m., Saturday, 2 September, by email. HTML ASSIGNMENT For this assignment, write a homepage for yourself in HTML and put it up on the Web somewhere. (Where? -- finding a place is part of your assignment.) Your page should include at least the following elements: 1. A picture of yourself that the viewer sees whenever he looks at the page. 2. A link to a sample of your writing. The sample can be as short as one page, and it need not be written in HTML or in English. 3. Contact information-- your name and email address, at a minimum. 4. The date at which the page was last revised. 5. A link to some webpage related to economics. 6. A link to the G604 webpage. 7. The web address of your page. 8. Some text boldfaced, some in italics, and some that is centered. I want you to write this in HTML directly, not by writing it in some other language such as WORD and then saving it as HTML. This is so you will have clean HTML, rather than the messy code indirect writing creates. Once you have done this, put the address on your Oncourse "Profile". I will look for it there.
