Mark McPhail was fired by Indiana University-Northwest in Gary Indiana. He sued.

Chronology

  • AAUP Censure Report This is the longest and most thorough document on the whole affair. It ends up recommending AAUP Censure of IU-NW, which did happen shortly after the report was issued.
