- Sky Lantern Fires, which seem to be uncommon but possible. No reason to ban them.
- It is claimed they are banned in 28 states in 2015, but I doubt it. I see a number of Internet pages claiming they are banned in Indiana, but the only evidence I see is a city ordinance in Fort Wayne-- which implies that there is no state law, just city laws.
