This is for notes on talking, on giving economics presentations.
SLIDES. Latex works fine for making slides. Beamer is commonly used, but why? It uglifies your Latex with bad defaults. Powerpoint combines well with LaTeX, though. Tex your document. Then cut and paste what you want to put on your slide. Once it's on, Powerpoint makes it easy to resize appropriately,and lets you change the background color, insert photos, add plain text, etc. Best of both worlds. ---
